Madrid.- Although it is early to determine the areas where snow is expected to fall, it appears that the snow level will be low in the Cantabrian region and in some areas of the interior of the peninsula, with heights that could drop to 200 metres. The spokesman for the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), Rubén del Campo, has noted that snow could affect populations and communication routes. Although uncertainty remains, meteorological models suggest that the snow line will be low in areas of Catalonia, Aragón, eastern Castilla-La Mancha, the interior of the Valencia Community, and some regions of eastern Andalusia.
