Washington imposed sanctions on National Aeronautics Company S.A. EANSA, the state drone company of Venezuela, and its president, José Jesús Urdaneta González, have been included in a set of new measures against various individuals and organisations involved in the arms trade between Venezuela and Iran. The Washington government has opted to impose sanctions on 10 individuals and organisations located in Venezuela and Iran, which include a Venezuelan company that has facilitated the exchange of unmanned aerial vehicles between the two countries, according to a statement from the US Department of the Treasury. These recent sanctions add to those previously announced by the United States.
