The State Meteorological Agency has issued orange alerts in areas of Andalusia and the Valencian Community due to rainfall, which could accumulate more than one hundred litres per square metre within a twelve-hour period. Seven more communities, along with Ceuta, are under yellow alert due to rain, snow, or coastal events. In Andalusia, the orange alert applies to Cádiz in the Strait, where a hundred litres of rain per square metre is expected to accumulate within a twelve-hour period. The rest of the province is under a yellow warning, with the possibility of accumulating up to 40 litres within twelve hours. Currently, there is one road affected by flooding in the province of Cádiz. The CA-9209 in Algeciras is impassable from P.K0. 4.12. In Málaga, there is an orange alert in Sol and Guadalhorce due to the possibility of accumulations of up to one hundred litres over a twelve-hour span, and a yellow alert in Ronda, where an accumulation of 60 litres per square metre is expected in the same timeframe. A yellow warning for rain has been issued in the eastern part of Almería. The autonomous city of Ceuta is also under a yellow warning due to rainfall, with accumulations that could reach 60 litres per square metre within a twelve-hour period. In the Valencian Community, an orange warning has been issued for rain in the northern coast of Alicante, where an accumulation of 114 litres per square metre is expected within a twelve-hour period. This warning will be lifted at 12:00 hours.
