The storm Francis has put almost all of Spain on alert for cold, snowfall or wind, with Guadalajara in red due to -15 ºC.

Practically all of Spain, with the exception of Extremadura, Murcia and Ceuta, is on alert for low temperatures, snowfall, winds or maritime phenomena caused by storm Francis and several fronts. Six regions are under orange alert, while Guadalajara is under red alert for temperatures of -15 ºC. Some areas of Aragon, Cantabria, the Balearics, Catalonia, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, and the Basque Country are on orange alert for snowfall, low temperatures and winds.
