The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, stated that, in addition to the possible participation of Spanish troops in a peace mission in Ukraine, they should also be involved in another similar mission for Gaza. Sánchez, during the inauguration of the Conference of Ambassadors in Madrid, indicated that he would propose to Congress the possibility of sending Spanish troops to those two places, provided that progress towards peace is made in both contexts.
