A judge in Madrid has summoned former socialist leader Santos Cerdán to testify on 5th February for a crime of perjury, due to his alleged lie during his appearance before the Koldo commission in the Senate in April 2024. The 24th Investigative Court of Madrid has decided to call him as an accused and has sent the Provincial Court the appeal from the Prosecutor’s Office against the acceptance of the complaint filed by the organisation Hazte Oír.
