Cádiz. This morning, a 58-year-old woman was murdered in her home in Olvera, and her 60-year-old husband has been arrested as the main suspect, according to sources from the Guardia Civil. At 1:48 am, the emergency services received a call informing them of the incident, and health teams along with Guardia Civil members arrived at the scene, where the woman’s death was confirmed. The couple has adult children. The on-duty magistrate, the forensic doctor, and a team of Judicial Police agents from the Guardia Civil went to the site, at which point the husband was arrested. The judicial protocol for cases of gender violence was activated.
