Valencia. This Monday, the judge investigating the management of the flood will conduct a face-to-face meeting between the former councillor Salomé Pradas and José Manuel Cuenca, who was chief of staff to Carlos Mazón in the Presidency of the Generalitat. The aim is to clarify the discrepancies in their statements regarding the management of that emergency. A group of members from victims’ organisations of the flood gathered at the court in Catarroja and received them with shouts. The dispute revolves around the messages that Cuenca sent to Pradas, in which he expressed his opposition to imposing lockdowns on the population, as well as the origin of Cuenca’s stance on this issue.
