The Central Operational Unit of the Guardia Civil has requested the judge to investigate the accounts of former executives at Acciona in order to trace the origin of funds that may have been transferred from this construction company to Servinabar, linked to former PSOE leader, Santos Cerdán. The agents believe that the investigation by the Supreme Court should focus on examining the accounts of several former executives under investigation and of the cooperative Erkolan. The UCO is asking Judge Leopoldo Puente to communicate with banking entities to send information about former Acciona executive, Justo Vicente Peregrini, as well as Tomás Olarte and Manuel José García Alconchel, who were suspended by the company following the Guardia Civil’s report.
The UCO requests to track the accounts of several former executives of Acciona in the investigation into Cerdán.
