Trump says he has already formed the Gaza Peace Board, but avoids giving names.

Washington. This Thursday, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, stated that he has established the Peace Board, the body responsible for overseeing the future Government of Gaza, although he did not reveal the names of its members. Trump wrote in a statement on his Truth Social network that the Peace Board has been created and its members will be revealed soon. Spokespersons for the Trump administration informed that more details about the second phase of the peace plan for Gaza will be revealed at the Davos Forum, which will take place next week in Switzerland, where the President of the United States is scheduled to participate. They also indicated that in approximately two weeks, more details would be announced regarding the countries that are part of the International Stabilisation Force, the UN group responsible for ensuring the security and demilitarisation of Gaza in the future, as outlined in Trump’s peace plan. This week, Steve Witkoff, Trump’s special envoy for Gaza and Ukraine, declared the commencement of the second phase of the peace plan, which includes the demilitarisation of the Palestinian territory and the creation of a government of technocrats, referred to as the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, without the participation of Hamas.
