Currently, there are eight communities on alert due to snowfall, rain, and rough seas. Galicia, Aragón, and Castilla y León are at orange level; Galicia due to the bad weather at sea and the other two due to snow in areas of Ávila and Segovia, as well as in the Aragonese Pyrenees. The State Meteorological Agency has warned on social media platform X about the snowfall expected this Saturday in the northern plateau. The meteorological entity suggests that travellers check the road conditions before setting off. It also warns that rain is anticipated in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.
