Russian troops carried out another attack against Ukraine’s energy and transport infrastructure, as well as against the companies responsible for manufacturing long-range drones, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence. The Russian Ministry of Defence reported that the aviation, drones, missile units, and artillery of the Russian Armed Forces conducted strikes against drone assembly factories as well as against energy facilities and transport infrastructure supporting the Ukrainian Army. The Russian military command reported that Russian troops also targeted positions of Ukrainian soldiers in 149 locations. In recent days, Russia’s strikes have caused power cuts in much of Kyiv and other areas of the country. In response, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky led a meeting to organise actions to repair the damage caused by these attacks and explore options to strengthen Ukrainian cities.
