Adif has imposed a speed limit of 160 kilometres per hour on a segment of approximately 150 kilometres of the high-speed line connecting Madrid and Barcelona. This information was confirmed by EFE through various sources. According to representatives of Adif, the restriction has been implemented because drivers have reported the presence of potholes in several stretches of the line, and it has been activated for safety reasons. Furthermore, they have indicated that the Maintenance team will conduct a review of the situation and, if everything is in order, the temporary limitation will be lifted.
