Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that his team of negotiators has reached an agreement with Washington in which the United States will provide Ukraine with security guarantees once the conflict concludes. «We have completed the document; it must be signed by the presidents and then sent to the national parliaments: to the Parliament of Ukraine and the Congress of the United States,» Zelensky stated at a press conference following his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
