Feijóo questions the Government for not adopting safety measures before the train accidents.

The president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has questioned whether the government of Pedro Sánchez has taken the necessary safety measures in the railway sector prior to the recent accidents. The PP has indicated that Feijóo believes the government should clarify why the actions being taken after the accidents were not implemented previously. This morning, the popular leader held a telephone conversation with Diego Martín, the general secretary of the Spanish Railway Drivers’ Union. During the call, he expressed his support following the loss of two colleagues in the railway accidents that occurred in Adamuz and Gélida, where a train driver lost his life.
