Moscow.- The Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, suggested to the Palestinian leader, Mahmoud Abbas, the transfer of one billion dollars in Russian assets that are frozen in the United States to assist in the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. At the beginning of their meeting in the Kremlin, Putin mentioned that this issue had already been discussed with representatives of the White House, to which Abbas responded that the strip has been devastated.
