Brussels. This Thursday, the president of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, opposed the inclusion of Spain in the Peace Board for Gaza proposed by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, arguing that it is outside the scope of the UN. Sánchez rejected the inclusion of peace in that proposal during the press conference he gave in Brussels at the end of the extraordinary meeting of the Twenty-seven, where Trump’s intentions regarding Greenland were discussed. According to the president of the Government, the proposal presented by the president of the United States at the Davos Forum, designed to oversee his peace plan for Gaza and which aims to extend to other conflicts in the world, is not only outside the scope of the UN but also excludes the Palestinian National Authority.
