Kyiv.- According to a survey by the International Institute of Sociology of Kyiv, around 40% of Ukrainians would be willing to cede the entire Donbas region in exchange for security guarantees that would prevent a Russian invasion. 52% oppose Ukraine abandoning the areas it holds under its control in this part of the country, as demanded by Russia in peace talks to end the conflict.
