Madrid. This Tuesday, the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, Óscar Puente, will appear before the Transport Commission of Congress to provide details about the train accident in Adamuz and the issues affecting the Rodalies service in Catalonia, which have been impacted by the incident in Gelida. This will be his second appearance in Parliament within five days, following his appearance on 29 January in the Senate, where he stated that he has no intention of resigning and that the railway system in Spain is safe, with zero risk. The Transport Commission of Congress will meet on Tuesday at 11:00 hours to approve the minister’s attendance, who is expected to arrive around 16:00, according to sources from the parliamentary committee to EFE.
Puente appears this Tuesday in Congress regarding the accident in Adamuz and the chaos in Rodalies.
