NATO believes that Russia’s attack on Ukrainian energy demonstrates that it does not want peace.

Kiev. – On Tuesday, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that the attack carried out by Russia against Ukraine’s energy system demonstrates that the Kremlin has no interest in moving towards a peace process. In his speech to the Ukrainian Parliament, shortly after his arrival in Kiev, Rutte asserted that Ukraine is willing to support this. Progress has been made; however, Russia continues its attacks. The most recent attack occurred last night. This shows that they are not committed to peace.
