Moscow.- The Kremlin stated that Russia and the United States are in favour of restarting talks on a new nuclear disarmament agreement, following the conclusion of START III. «Both sides recognise the importance of initiating negotiations on this matter,» commented Dmitri Peskov, the spokesperson for the president, during his conference call. Peskov reported that on Thursday in Abu Dhabi, the two sides held discussions on this topic, during which they considered the option of extending the limits established by the treaty and affirmed that they «will adopt responsible positions.»
