This comes in the context of military intervention by the United States, which has deployed an aircraft carrier near Iranian waters, according to reports from Iranian state media. «Nuclear negotiations between Iran and the United States have commenced in Oman,» announced Iranian state television. The delegations are led by Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, and the White House’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff. They met around 12:00 noon Oman time.
