Madrid (EFE).- Storm Leonardo has diminished in strength as it moves away from the peninsula, although it has caused around 11,000 evacuations in Andalusia, in addition to raising concerns over the rising levels of several rivers, such as the Guadalquivir, and the discovery of a body in Málaga. The State Meteorological Agency has warned of the arrival of a new storm, Marta, expected tomorrow, which will bring rain.
