Storm Marta: Rain, wind and snowfall cause incidents across the Peninsula

Madrid (EFE).- This Saturday, eleven autonomous communities and the autonomous city of Ceuta are under alert due to rain, winds, snowfall, and maritime conditions, with a particular focus on Andalucía, which is at orange warning level. This has led to road closures and various incidents across the Peninsula. The General Directorate of Traffic reported that 168 roads are closed due to the rain, including three on the main network: the A-44 in Jaén, the A-32 in Villacarrillo heading towards Albacete, and the A-48 in Cádiz. Furthermore, in several areas, localities have been evacuated and incidents have been reported due to fallen trees, street lamps, and parts of buildings, as well as disruptions in train services, particularly in Andalucía.
