Tehran.- This Saturday, Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abas Araqchi, stated that the enrichment of uranium to zero is not a topic that can be discussed in nuclear negotiations with the United States. He also reiterated that Iran’s nuclear programme will continue to advance according to the country’s needs, assuring that enriched uranium will not be exported. Araqchi declared in an interview with Al Jazeera in Doha that «the level of enrichment is determined by our needs, and enriched uranium will not be exported from Iran.» This came a day after nuclear negotiations with the United States resumed in Muscat, Oman.
