The United States has called Morocco and the Polisario Front, as well as Algeria and Mauritania in an observer capacity, for talks in Washington about Western Sahara, following the meeting in Madrid, according to sources close to the meeting. The meetings will follow the same ministerial format as the gathering in Madrid and will be conducted discreetly, the same sources reported.
