Junts announces that it will vote against the decree to cap prices in cases of emergencies.

Junts will oppose the decree law that establishes a limit on the prices of products and services in emergency situations. The approval of this measure in Congress will depend on the stance of the Popular Party, which has not revealed how it will vote. The regulation was ratified in a meeting of the Council of Ministers and aims to prevent price increases for consumers, such as those reported after the train accident in Adamuz and following the summer fires and the DANA in Valencia. Sources from Junts have stated their opposition to this decree and expressed surprise that the proposal has not generated a reaction among the other parties. From their perspective, the Government seeks to establish a price limit without a defined timeframe and without the need to have the backing of Parliament in each emergency case.
