Madrid (EFE).- This Monday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, summoned the Iranian ambassador to Spain, Reza Zabib, to express Spain’s rejection of Iran’s actions against the Gulf countries and Cyprus, and to demand that they cease. In a press conference at the ministry’s headquarters, Albares emphasised that these attacks pose a danger to Spaniards in the region, approximately 30,000, who are safe, as are the thousand soldiers deployed in the area, carrying out operations in Lebanon and Iraq.
Albares summons the Iranian ambassador to condemn Iran’s attacks and demand that they cease.
