Iranian sources reported that a US F-15 fighter jet was shot down while attempting to attack Iranian territory and crashed in Kuwait. A US military F-15 fighter jet, which was trying to breach the country’s airspace, was hit and downed by the air defence forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, according to the Tasnim agency, linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. The report stated that the wreckage of the aircraft fell in Kuwait.
