Afghan hospitals confirm the deaths of dozens of civilians in the bombings by Pakistan.

The recent military operation by Pakistan has resulted in civilian casualties, according to information from local hospitals and refugee camps in Afghanistan. The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) estimates that at least 48 people have lost their lives, a figure lower than the nearly 70 reported by Taliban authorities. Since the first bombing in Nangarhar on 22 February, which resulted in the deaths of 11 children from the same family, to the continuous artillery attacks on the refugee camps of Omari and Spin Boldak, most of the victims in the hospitals are civilians. On 2 March, a projectile struck a refugee camp in the Khas Kunar district. «Six people were taken to the hospital after the explosion.. we began treatment, but three children had already died.» «Two more children and a woman were injured,» reported a doctor from the district hospital, who also mentioned that the condition of the survivors is stable. In the Omari refugee camp, two children lost their lives and several residents were injured due to night-time bombings, according to a local resident. Additionally, the Anzargi camp in Kandahar province was also the target of an attack.
