Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and Kuwait say they have intercepted attacks launched by Iran.

The authorities of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait announced that they had intercepted drone and missile attacks originating from Iran. The Ministry of Defence indicated that the armed forces managed to intercept a missile attack directed towards Qatar. The Saudi Ministry of Defence had reported on a series of attacks against oil facilities, a military base and other locations in the country. Missiles directed at Prince Sultan Air Base were intercepted and destroyed, with reports of drone attacks also emerging in the Shaybah oil field and the Al-Kharj area. The United Arab Emirates reported that its defence systems are responding to a missile threat.
