Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia warn of new attacks from Iran: 16 days of war

During the night from Saturday to Sunday, several countries in the Persian Gulf, including Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, reported having thwarted attacks originating from Iran, marking the beginning of the sixteenth day of conflict in the Middle East region. The Saudi Ministry of Defence communicated that at least 12 drones have been intercepted in the last four hours. Additionally, the spokesperson for the institution mentioned that 7 drones have been intercepted and destroyed in the regions of Riyadh and Eastern Province. The press office in Abu Dhabi reported a fire that broke out after a drone collided with an oil facility in the Ruwais region. The press office in Dubai reported that air defence systems successfully intercepted drones in the areas of Marina and Al Sufouh. The National Guard of Kuwait reported having downed five drones in the last 24 hours.
