Madrid. This Wednesday, the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, will meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, at the Palacio de la Moncloa. During this meeting, several agreements will be signed that will confirm Spain’s support for Ukraine in response to Russia’s aggression. Zelensky’s arrival in Spain will mark his fourth visit since the conflict began, and he will meet with the king at the Palacio de la Zarzuela. The Government has indicated that Sánchez will reaffirm Spain’s commitment to continue supporting Ukraine for as long as necessary to achieve peace. The Government considers it essential to ensure Ukraine’s energy sufficiency, following Russian bombings that have reduced the country’s electrical capacity by 70%.
