The Iranian Foreign Minister, Abas Araqchi, stated at the UN Human Rights Council that the United States and Israel have an «intention to commit genocide» through attacks on civilian facilities. Araqchi referred to the attack on the school in Minab as a crime of war and against humanity. «Hospitals, ambulances, medical staff, and Red Cross personnel, refineries, and residential areas have been attacked.. to classify these acts as crimes against humanity is insufficient; the severity of the atrocities committed by the aggressors is accompanied by rhetoric that leaves little room to doubt their intention to carry out genocide,» he asserted.
