The Supreme Court has reduced the costs that Álvaro García Ortiz must pay for the fees of the lawyer and procurator of Alberto González Amador, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso. The lawyer for the Administration of Justice has partially accepted the appeal filed by the State Attorney’s Office, on behalf of García Ortiz, and by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, regarding the calculation of the costs, which both deemed inappropriate.
