The Board of Directors of Indra has appointed Ángel Simón as the new chairman of Indra, replacing Ángel Escribano, as reported this Thursday to the National Securities Market Commission. The company’s CEO, José Vicente de los Mozos, will take on the role of chief executive. Ángel Simón has been designated as a director with the status of additional external member.
