Adif temporarily limits the maximum speed on several sections of high-speed rail.

Adif has imposed a speed limit of 160 kilometres per hour on the segment that runs from kilometre 100 to 178 of the AVE line connecting Madrid and Zaragoza, following a complaint from a train driver regarding the condition of certain sections of the track. Sources from Adif have indicated that the segment between Madrid and Calatayud was inspected this morning. Four points with a speed limit of 230 km/h have been identified, which could be resolved tonight.
