The Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, has stated that there are Spanish citizens among the prisoners whose release was announced by the president of the National Assembly of Venezuela, Jorge Rodríguez.
Albares points out that there are Spaniards among the prisoners released in Venezuela.
