Madrid. The storm has left 99 roads closed to traffic, 85 due to rain and flooding and 14 due to snow and ice, according to the DGT. The rain has affected traffic on the N-430 in Valdivia, which is under a red alert. On the A-92, near Huétor de Santillán, circulation is allowed with caution between kilometres 255 and 270, although heavy vehicles are not permitted to overtake. This restriction also applies on the A-52 in Ourense, between kilometres 113 and 120. The most affected areas are in the south and in the mountains of the north and centre of the peninsula. In Andalusia, Cádiz has experienced the greatest impact with 26 sections closed, followed by Córdoba with 18 total closures.
