Álvaro García Ortiz will join the Social Section of the Supreme Court as a prosecutor after being disqualified from his position as Attorney General. Sources from the fiscal arena have confirmed to EFE the former leader of the Public Prosecutor’s Office’s application to join this section. Although it is a position in the Supreme Court Prosecutor’s Office, it is one of the roles within the Public Prosecutor’s Office with the least visibility, which was one of the prosecutor’s objectives.
