Antxon Alonso, administrator of Servinabar, has exercised his right not to testify in the investigation committee on public works of the Government of Navarre in the regional Parliament. Alonso attended the summons but indicated that he is involved in judicial proceedings in the Supreme Court, so he will not answer questions from the groups. He arrived at the Parliament of Navarre at 9:35 and remained in a room until two minutes before 10 in the morning, at which point he entered the committee. In his initial statement, he mentioned that he decided to exercise his right not to testify, following the recommendation of his lawyer.
