In an attack in a coastal area of Beirut, at least eight people have lost their lives and 31 more have been injured in the early hours of this Thursday. The Emergency Operations Centre of Lebanon reported that the toll from the attack in Ramlet al Bayda, Beirut, stands at eight dead and 31 injured.
