Carlos Bertomeu, president of Iryo, has described the train accident in Adamuz (Córdoba) as unusual. The accident has resulted in 40 fatalities and over a hundred injuries. In a press conference, Bertomeu expressed his condolences and support to the loved ones of the victims, stating that the railway company feels sadness over the event.
