Brussels (EFE).- The European Commission has determined that the TikTok platform is not complying with the European Union’s Digital Services Act due to its design for users, which could result in a fine if changes are not made. The community government detailed in a statement that this encompasses features such as screen scrolling, video playback, automatic notifications, and its recommendation system.
Brussels concludes that TikTok’s «addictive» design violates community law.
