Madrid. This Friday, Carlos Cuerpo and Arcadi España made the promise to take on their roles as first vice president of the Government and Minister of Finance, respectively, in a ceremony at the Palacio de la Zarzuela, which was attended by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez. Carlos Cuerpo has taken possession of his new position as first vice president, replacing María Jesús Montero, who has resigned from her position to run as a candidate for the PSOE in the upcoming elections in Andalucía. Arcadi España, who was serving as Secretary of State for Territorial Policy, takes on the leadership of the Ministry of Finance in place of Montero.
