Santiago de Chile.- On Monday, the President of Chile, Gabriel Boric, announced the candidacy of former President Michelle Bachelet for the end-of-year elections, where she is seeking the position of Secretary-General of the United Nations. Boric mentioned that Bachelet already has the support of Mexico and Brazil. The President stated that the international system has the capacity and the obligation to respond to the challenges of the global world.
