The Ministry of Social Rights has launched an investigation to remove rental advertisements for apartments in high-pressure areas that violate consumer regulations, according to a statement. Advertisements on real estate portals will be searched for apartments for rent at prices exceeding those established by law for large landlords, or that do not indicate the price of the most recent rental agreement in the case of individual landlords. These advertisements could be considered violations of consumer regulations, classified as unfair practices, which could result in sanctions.
