Caracas (EFE).- The interim president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, asserted that her nation «does not submit to instructions from any external agent» and that it has a Government. In a meeting with representatives from the oil sector, she discussed the reform of the Hydrocarbons Law, which the Venezuelan Government intends to use to attract investments.
Delcy Rodríguez says that Venezuela «does not accept orders from any external factor.»
