Castilla y León begins the electoral day, where 2,097,768 citizens have the opportunity to exercise their right to vote to select 82 representatives, who will choose the president that will govern them for the next four years. A total of 4,470 polling stations have been organised, over 24 million ballots have been prepared, and transport routes have been established to facilitate voting in a thousand localities. Citizens will be able to choose from 24 candidacies, although only eight have submitted lists in the nine provinces: PP, PSOE, Vox, Podemos-Alianza Verde, IU-Sumar-Verdes, Escaños en Blanco, Partido Animalista (Pacma) and Se Acabó La Fiesta. Voters will select 82 representatives, which represents an increase of one compared to the current legislature due to population growth in the Segovia constituency. They will elect 15 representatives from Valladolid, 13 from León, 11 from Burgos, 10 from Salamanca, 7 from Zamora, 7 from Ávila, 7 from Palencia, 7 from Segovia, and 5 from Soria.
