El Burgo de Osma (Soria) This Tuesday, the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, expressed his discontent that the Government missed the opportunity to implement measures in the Council of Ministers to address the increase in energy prices due to the war in Iran, stating that it only needed to replicate his party’s proposals. Feijóo lamented that the Government chose to do nothing during a campaign rally in Castile and León, held in El Burgo de Osma, and emphasised that the slogans of the president’s advisors are not enough to fill fuel tanks. He compared this lack of action by the Executive to the bailouts of airlines that had been contracted by former President Zapatero. Furthermore, Feijóo joked that a superhero like Sánchez, according to the minister from Valladolid, should not need so many advisors, as this indicates that he is not leading the Government, but rather has an advertising agency. The leader of the PP stated that Spain currently has the most inept Government in the history of democracy and criticised the president for being boorish and for humiliating the population.
